Outside Scholarship Information

 
 
The Pentecostal Theological Seminary has a variety of scholarships that are available to any and all students that have met the financial aid requirements. However, there still may be a need for extra funds.

A scholarship set up by Mrs. Dora Maclellan Brown to glorify God for those called to His service. Must be theologically and biblically conservative and seeking a Master's degree at a theological school. Student must be planning to go into a pulpit ministry. Priority is given to Chattanooga area residents. Print application and mail application to Chattanooga Christian Foundation by Feb. 15th.
 
 
The Fund is for gifted young people from different racial and ethnic backgrounds within the Christian faith entering into an M.Div. program next fall. The Ministerial Fellowships are for students under the age of 35 with a minimum undergraduate GPA of 3.0. Students applying must be a U.S. or Canadian student. The deadline is March 1, 2012. Apply at PTS Office of Financial Aid.  
 

The Sallie Mae Fund sponsors several scholarship programs and supports hundreds of college scholarships. All of our programs are based on financial need, as The Fund seeks to bridge the dollar gap when no one else can. With an estimated $3 billion in private scholarships awarded nationally each year, The Fund aims to send the message that money is available to those who make the effort to apply. Since 2001, The Sallie Mae Fund has awarded more than $15.5 million in scholarships to more than 6,350 students.

 
Apply for a one time scholarship of $1,500.00 if your annual income is below $35,000.00.  Deadline is February 15th.
